Mint Team Order lets an organiser start a team order on your product page and share one link. Every member picks their options and personalisation on your store, and the organiser checks out once for the whole team — no spreadsheets, no chasing sizes by message.

A “Start a team order” button on the products you choose. The organiser names the team, picks a closing date and gets two links: one to share with the team and a private one to manage it. No account needed.
Members open the link on your store, inside your theme, pick their options and fill in your personalisation fields — like a name and number to print. When the organiser checks out for everyone, members can change their entry until it closes.
When it closes, the organiser goes to checkout with every member's item and details as line item properties, in your normal Shopify checkout. Or, on Plus, every member pays for their own.
See who joined, what they chose and how many of each size, in the app and on the organiser's page. Pro and Plus export a production CSV with SKU, quantity and every name and number.
On Plus, give organiser-paid team orders a percentage off from a team size you set. It's applied at checkout only to lines the app created for a real team order.
First names only on the team list (or hidden), a word filter and length limits on everything typed, spam protection and rate limits, and private links that are stored only as hashes.

Questions merchants ask
Who pays?
The organiser chooses when they start the team order. “I'll pay for everyone” collects entries until the closing date, then the organiser goes to checkout once: their cart is filled with every member's item and details, and they pay in your normal checkout. “Everyone pays for their own” (Plus) sends each member to checkout with their own items, and the organiser's page shows who has paid.
How do the names and numbers reach my orders?
As line item properties on each item: the member's first name, the team order's name and every personalisation field you defined (for example Name to print: ALEX, Number: 7). They show on the order, packing slips and in the production CSV.
Does it replace Shopify's checkout or create draft orders?
No. The team page fills the shopper's normal cart on your store and sends them to Shopify's checkout, so tax, shipping, payment methods and your other discounts work as usual. No draft orders, no separate payment page.
What do members see about each other?
First names only, and only if the organiser leaves the list visible. Sizes and personalisation are visible to the organiser (on their private page) and to you in the app.
Is there a limit on team size?
You set the most members per team order (up to 200) and the most of each product per member. A team order can include up to 3 of your products and up to 200 cart lines, comfortably inside Shopify's 500-line cart limit.
What does the app store, and for how long?
The team order (name, closing date, products) and each member's entry (first name, personalisation, chosen options). Everything is deleted 60 days after the team order closes. An organiser's optional email for reminders is deleted when the team order closes. No accounts, no customer records.
